Staff not friendly, they will give you a run around and never return a phone call. Furniture good quality, however very, very poor customer service. Makes a shopping expirence terrible. You can find better sales and friendlier staff elsewhere.
We have purchased two matersses, couch, loveseat, and a kitchen table set from here close to $8,000 all together( within the last 2 years). The couch and loveseat we got are basically shot now and we went back today to get a new set and wanted to make a deal because of the old set being shot less than a year and a half later and having been loyal customers and they had a deal on sets but we wanted to trade out the coffee table for an ottoman. The staff and the owner here know us becaues we shop here frequently- there was a new woman working along with one of the regular employees. The woman was very rude and told us they could not make a deal with us and when we asked them to call the owner she said "you can get mad at us all you want, we can't even give 10% off" again we insisted they called the owner and she refused saying "he won't answer the phone he's on his way back from New York" she was very rude and snarky.
