Very nice friendly people
My friend had to buy a safety device for her disabled daughter. When she asked if they give military families' discounts they laughed at her and asked why they would. Just for the record, she actually lost her husband in the war. Despicable!!!!!!
I just moved to a new house that has a pool. I have never dealt with balancing the alkalinity, pH, and hardness. The water was a little cloudy so I went to Imperial Pools with a water sample. They tested it free of charge and told me exactly what I need to do to achieve the correct balance. My pool cleared up the day after I treated it. Awesome service and a great family business feel. Will definitely go back.
I need some questions answered about a pool I was building and they were very helpful in answering my questions. Also had a lot of stock parts and supplies.
I think it's an absolute shame that IMPERIAL POOLS in Lanesborough Ma.laughed at a women who asked if they gave military discounts. This women's husband made the ultimate sacrifice and left her and her children alone. You should rethink your policies! I for one will never purchase anything from you! I found this on FB.
