Nice clean place for affordable price. Yes, it's a bit in the middle of nowhere but it's close enough to Albany for people like us just passing by the area. No complains.
I would suggest the owners definitely invest new air conditioner in room #103. They are inexpensive. No reason not to purchase one, especially with my asthma condition. Otherwise room was fine.
The room was clean and freshly painted & carpeted . The TV, fridge, microwave, and internet all worked well and there was complimentary coffee. Good place to stay for the price
My wife and I took a road trip from NH to visit family in the area and since it got late we decided to stay here since I knew about the property since I lived in Lanesboro as a child. I remembered the nice owners Raj and his wife. They were very nice, friendly, and accommodating. The room had everything we needed for our stay: a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, air conditioner, and wifi. The room was clean and well laid out. The grounds were well cared for with the lawn and shrubbery nicely trimmed. Sturdy and rustic wooden benches outside each room, ample parking, and well-lighted grounds. Felt very safe and comfortable. Great value... Thank you!
On Christmas eve i had a very good experience with this motel. Woke up too a 8 inch snowfall with my car cleared by management. No rush out of room . Not bad for $60. Merry Christmas!!!
